Xavier Pellicer is the personal project of the chef and his new home. It boasts a carefully designed look and can accommodate 66 guests in the restaurant and 20 in El Menjador.

Pellicer’s approach is based on biodynamics, with organic, local and healthy products, which take centre stage in his recently opened white and luminous home, in keeping with the dining experience he offers his guests: Healthy Kitchen, or a balance between the pleasure of eating and good digestion.

Pellicer offers his way of life to his guests. He believes that the hands of the people who work the land transmit positive energy to the cooks who pass it on to the guests. The motto of the new Xavier Pellicer is the same that governed his time at Can Fabes (Sant Celoni) in two different stages of his life: absolute respect for the ingredients he uses.
